Standard banner mesh is our mid range fencing product. Offering not as great print quality and not quite matching the elegance of our premium banner mesh, the standard banner mesh option still provides excellent structure and print quality. The standard mesh product is available in various lengths and measures at 1.6 metres high, similar to our premium mesh option it is easily malleable and can be cut to size on your site.
There are a few distinguishing characteristics between our standard banner mesh product and our premium banner mesh product. Firstly, with the standard banner mesh option there are 9 threads per inch as compared with our premium mesh option which provides 12 threads per inch. This provides both disadvantages and advantages; the main advantage is there is less wind drag and therefore is perfectly suitable for high wind areas. The main disadvantage is that fewer threads is that the print reproduction and quality is not as perfect as the premium banner mesh option. Also the edges of our standard banner mesh is finished off with welded banner tape as opposed to the Supertuff seatbelt style webbing which is a feature of our premium banner mesh product.
Standard banner mesh is incredibly easy to install using cable ties, with metal eyelets spaced every 500mm at the top and every 1000mm at the bottom of the banner.
Using mesh banner on temporary fencing is a great solution if you are looking for a great priced outdoor advertising tool. All of our fencing mesh banners use a fully UV stabilised printing process through large 5 metre printers. This enables long lasting, highly detailed finished products. No job is too large for us having provided many hundreds of kilometres worth of branded fencing mesh to our clients in the past.

Working back from shade cloth is our standard banner mesh. Standard banner mesh is in fact what others call premium banner mesh but this is our standard banner mesh. It prints very well and also is a slightly more dense weave than shade cloth. It’s a bit more structured, as you can see, so it does hold up well.
The features of banner mesh is the fact that you do get a better print reproduction than you would with shade cloth. If we turn around to the back we have what’s called a banner tape product which is welded to the edge which gives it significantly better strength and you will notice that it has metal eyelets which are punched in on the side.
Shade cloth only comes in 50m x 1.6m rolls. The reason we sell it at a 1.6 height is so when it is installed on a temporary fence you have the space to put the cable tie in, add stretch, and get that really taught, smooth finish. Ideal use is of course for generic branding, however, given much better reproduction of print they are quite handy when you want to put a sales message on it or detailed photographs for a particular project.
