My experience with your company was nothing short of perfect to be honest. Elliot was friendly, helpful and patient. Considering this was my first time ever buying this kind of product, I appreciated the time and effort he took to educate me on the different options and how each one might or might not suit my purpose. I probably dealt more with Gina after the initial contact with Elliot. Gina was great, she was prompt in responding to my email and clear when asking me for more info that she needed. I was kept in the loop as to where my job was at and when i can expect delivery, which was great!! My job was finished ahead of the scheduled timeframe and delivery happened promptly, and according to my delivery instructions without a hassle. Mesh Direct was competitively priced and now having used you once, I doubt I’ll shop around for quotes next time. I’d be happy to pay a little more for the experience I know i’ll have next time.

I found Marcus great to deal with, keeping you informed and up to date with the progress, graphic and approvals including tracking and delivery. The product is great, installed and has drawn a great deal of attention and comments. Comments from NT Worksafe is the fencing allows for airflow, you can see what is going on behind, which is good for the public. Also, we have found with the multiple sewn in eyes, you can keep the tension on the fence and adjust it when and where needed.
To deal with Mesh Direct was the easiest experience and we would not hesitate to use them in the future.
The transaction was quick and easy with a fantastic turnaround time. We did not necessarily have a financially significant order by any means, yet Marcus still provided aa premium level of service, going outside of his scope to help.

Elliott was a champion! Despite the project being postponed multiple times by the client, Elliott was always readily available to supply revised estimates and answer any questions. The product quality was lovely – the install itself was slightly off (some of it was not positioned properly) but Elliott’s customer service was generally great – very supportive and patient.

My experience in dealing with Mesh Direct through Elliot has been a very positive experience. All through our prolonged designing process and logo changes, Elliot and his design team worked through many reiterations and were extremely patient with us. We had a very efficient experience with Mesh Direct when we used their printing services for the first time. As a start-up company launching our very first pilot festival, we had a tight budget and limited timeframe to get our printing requirements across the line.
