My experience with your company was nothing short of perfect to be honest. Elliot was friendly, helpful and patient. Considering this was my first time ever buying this kind of product, I appreciated the time and effort he took to educate me on the different options and how each one might or might not suit my purpose. I probably dealt more with Gina after the initial contact with Elliot. Gina was great, she was prompt in responding to my email and clear when asking me for more info that she needed. I was kept in the loop as to where my job was at and when i can expect delivery, which was great!! My job was finished ahead of the scheduled timeframe and delivery happened promptly, and according to my delivery instructions without a hassle. Your company was competitively priced and now having used you once, I doubt I’ll shop around for quotes next time. I’d be happy to pay a little more for the experience I know i’ll have next time.
