Banner mesh fence panels are our most sought after product here at Mesh Direct. Mesh banners are highly versatile and a product that can be easily customised to suit your needs. Our most popular banner mesh option is the individual banner mesh fence panel. This product is ideal for temporary fencing on construction sites as they provide an extraordinary amount of flexibility. Individual fence panels can be easily moved around from site to site or be moved around as the site grows and changes.
Banner mesh fence panels are incredibly aesthetically appealing and provide great advertising opportunities. Banner mesh or fencing mesh as it is otherwise referred to as, is a less-permeable option than shade cloth and delivers an outstanding print result whilst still allowing for wind flow through the sign. The PVC substrate allows the ink to be very well absorbed and provides great UV protection.
Banner mesh fence panels are very easy to install, using cable ties with metal eyelets spaced every 500mm at the top and every 1000mm at the bottom of the banner. The edges of the banner are finished with Supertuff® seatbelt style webbing providing an extremely durable, large format sign. Mesh banners on temporary fencing meets all your pricing needs as it is a great cost effective outdoor advertising solution. Fence fabric signs are a great tool to help create strong brand recognition, as well as being a very useful direct selling medium.
All of our fencing banner mesh are created with a fully UV stabilised printing process through large 5 metre printers. This ensures long lasting, highly detailed and high quality finished products. Most shade cloth and printed banner mesh substrates are not fire rated, however, our premium product has tested flame retardant properties as well as CSIRO wind rating. No job is too small or too large for us at Mesh Direct as we have provided hundreds of kilometres worth of branded fencing mesh to many clients in the past.
Plain shade cloth or commonly known as scrim is an incredibly versatile product and can used for almost anything. Created from a permeable substrate, shade cloth/scrim is well suited to the harsh Australian conditions as it allows large winds to pass through the material with ease, allowing for light and low risk loads on the structure it is attached to.
The installation process isn’t at the peril of the client as shade cloth can be quickly and easily applied to temporary fencing via cable ties. Shade cloth is a very flexible option and can be installed on scaffolds, temporary fences, chain wire fences as well as building facades which is customised to suit your site. Shade cloth is a very adaptable option and is well suited for construction site advertising, scaffolds, and it is often seen at music festivals and sporting events. Because of the cost, it is recommended scrim is used where clients have longer runs and where the quality of print is not of the highest concern.
All building and OH&S requirements as per relevant building codes apply to our shade cloth fabric products. As standard, our scrim comes with fully UV stabilised inks and substrates, ensuring that your sign will last and not fade for at least 12 months. Construction and development sites, retail sites, community and school locations and large-scale events of all types are perfect fits for our printed shade cloth option.
We sell our unprinted, partially printed or fully printed shade cloth in lengths of 50 metres so it is ideal for longer runs of temporary or permanent fencing. Made from knitted monofilament polythene, it is durable and only has a stretching factor of around 2-3% ensuring the sign will not droop over time after installation. Our scrim is 70% density which in turn allows for a great quality print without losing the benefits of substrate permeability and its ability to handle wind. Shade cloth is most commonly used in longer runs where there is not much room for wind forces to escape. This isn’t a problem as our plain or printed shade cloth is well suited to windy areas.
Mesh Direct has a great logistics network and therefore can produce large orders of shade cloth and can usually guarantee the delivery of your banners within 10 days from the date of payment confirmation and/or artwork approval. All of our shade cloth banners, both printed and unprinted are only available in 50 metre rolls with a minimum order of 2 rolls.
Crowd control barriers (CCB) are often used at events to restrict the movement of spectators but they can also create a significant opportunity for advertising and branding. Crowd control barrier banners or crowd control barrier sleeves are perfect for any event, festival, concert, sporting event, film premiere, marathon or product launch. Events by nature attract spectators and media so crowd control barrier covers have the dual advantages of making the barriers look appealing and also attracting the attention of the general public, i.e. potential customers.
Our crowd control barrier covers come in single sided polyester mesh finished with eyelets. We also supply double sided CCB sleeve where velcro joins at the side allow the sleeve to slip over the fence links and fasten tightly. The single sided CCB banner is made with angled corners to fit inside the rounded corners of the barrier and is attached with cable ties. The installation process takes about 2 minutes per barrier. The double sided crowd control barrier sleeve can be installed in less than 30 seconds simply by slipping the cover over the barrier and fastening the two edges together using the velcro sewn in velcro. Both options are made with lightweight polyester mesh designed to allow wind to flow through the banner.
We use dye sublimation printing to actually dye the design into the mesh which results in fantastic colour representation and crystal clear prints. Polyester mesh is a very lightweight product which makes for very easy transportation, installation, removal and storage. Clients should expect to get numerous uses from their CCB banners.
We provide a full range of grand and not so grand format products to meet our clients needs. We have a great deal of experience in signs for all your event needs and can guide you from concept to completion. Our crowd control barrier covers and banners fit snug onto your crowd control barriers and can be applied to one or both sides which not only provides for a great promotional opportunity but also aids in making your indoor or outdoor event look stunning.
Mesh Direct is equipped to produce small or large orders of crowd control barrier banners and signs and can usually guarantee the delivery of your banners within 14 days from the date of payment confirmation and/or artwork approval. Please contact us and let us know where you are hiring your crowd control barriers from as sizes do vary and we have design templates to suit many national brands.
We are a company that you can trust for your event signage, not only to deliver on time, on budget and on spec, but we also pride ourselves in providing fantastic service – we are always there when you need us.
If you’re looking for a lightweight, versatile option, Mesh Direct’s corflute signage option is exactly what you desire. Corflute signage is referred to as corrugated plastic signage or corriboard and is a rigid, flat substrate which is highly versatile, can be applied virtually anywhere and is easy to install on any structure including walls, fences and hoarding.
This option provides a magnificent reproduction of your artwork for a budget price, rather than using vinyl lettering we print directly on the corflute signage substrate to achieve this magnificent result. If you do not have your own creative design team that is no problem as our experienced designers would be more than happy to help you with your message
Corflutes main uses can be seen in real estate signage, the building industry and is in major use in election campaigns. Durability isn’t an issue as corflute signs can be reused time and time again. Often seen in the outside environment being nailed to electricity poles the corriboard signage option is one that is built to withstand the elements. Originally we work with large sheets of corrugated plastic measuring 2400mm x 1200mm and from this we can print and slice any combination of sizes, including variable sizes. We pride ourselves on the quality of our finished print and when faced with larger orders we are potentially the cheapest supplier in Australia.
At Mesh Direct we are very flexible and are more than willing to customise your corflute signs according to all your needs. Our corflute signage is fully UV stabilised and with the proper care can be used for years. We use the highest quality inks available and our corflute signage is printed directly onto substrate on 3mm or 5mm thick bases.
Corflute signage is a great way for you to advertise your brand, be able to deliver messages or provide signage both in indoor and outdoor environments. Coreflute signage is a very adaptable advertising option but has been used in the past for; retail (e.g. sales signs, parking signs and staff signage), government (including election campaigns), real estate advertisements, construction industries (including excavation and demolition), councils (e.g. safety signs, security signs and community information message signs) as well as events and different types of festivals (e.g. gate signs, trade stalls, amenities etc.). The colour possibilities are endless allowing you to express your message in any way that you desire.
Corflute appeals to clients with their budget in mind and its ability to be easily applied make it a highly sought after product. Using adhesive tape, glue , screws or nails it can be easily fixed to any flat surface. It can also be easily attached to fences using metal eyelets in each corner. Companies looking for a fantastic branding and advertising solution for a building site, event or anywhere that the fence is thicker and more solid than a chain link fence, vinyl hoardings are the perfect fit. Attached to wood hoardings made from wood panel creating a solid surface, allowing for an ideal background to allow for high quality print options for non-permeable signs. Hoarding is a popular option used in urban areas, within shopping centres and perfect for crowd control in large and small events, in fact the attractiveness of vinyl hoardings prompted the Sydney City Council to enforce all hoardings be dressed with vinyl.
What really causes vinyl hoarding to stand out from other products is its outstanding print reproduction and quality. Dissimilar to banner mesh or shade cloth, the substrate is non porous meaning it provides a “what you see is what you get” result. It is a perfect long term solution as the resistance properties of the PVC vinyl banner ensures an incredibly durable, fade resistant and long lasting product. Vinyl hoarding banners are an incredibly flexible option in terms of size and can be produced to any size or length required, however, they will not suit all applications due to wind loads. They are suitable for both outdoor and indoor conditions as they are fully UV stabilised.
Vandalism in the form tagging and graffiti on billboards, hoardings and banners is an unfortunate reality. As a result, our vinyl hoardings have been adapted to ensure graffiti protection which comes in two levels, which are both applied to the vinyl after printing by a special coating machine. This coating doesn’t stop the initial vandalism but ensures that the vinyl can be easily restored to its former glory.
The Adcoat protective coating comes in both gloss and matte finishes. The benefits are endless as the Adcoat finish not only offers the ability to clean graffiti off printed vinyl hoardings but it allows for an outstanding finish where the details leap off the vinyl. The harsh Australian sun isn’t an issue either as Adcoat offers substantial UV protection. The 60 micron coating allows clients to have peace of mind as it allows up to 4 years of graffiti and fade free protection.
Durability is a key feature of Vinyl and PVC banners as they are exceptionally durable and with proper care can be continually reused. Cleaning and maintenance of vinyl is not an issue and can be easily done over the course of your project. On long runs, the use of rope (keder) fastenings gives the appearance that the wall is one large image, directly printed, rather than being a banner which is attached to a wall.
Vinyl hoardings are fire resistant and will not tear. If you’re looking for a high visual impact that has incredible durability then the vinyl hoardings product is the best solution. Our design team are incredibly experienced in creating memorable outdoor advertising designs and campaigns, so don’t hesitate to ask them about our vinyl coated hoarding option.
Mesh Direct has a great logistics network and therefore can produce large orders of vinyl hoarding banners and can usually guarantee the delivery of your banners within 10 days from the date of payment confirmation and/or artwork approval.
At Mesh Direct, jump form signage is one of our most magnificent products that allows a builder or developer to advertise their brand throughout the building process. Jump form is one of the first structures to go into place on the building site and progresses up the building as the building grows. Jump form signage and advertising is very effective as it is highly visible as it is often placed on large building sites and is there for the duration of the project which means it has a long exposure time.
Jump form advertising is aesthetically very impressive but also very practical in nature as it has the advantage of being visible from further away and therefore is also visible to a larger audience. As the building progresses upwards it is constantly being shown to a new audience. Another advantage is that it not being situated on street level it is virtually vandal proof.
Whether you refer to it a slip form, jump form or climb form, the opportunity for an impressive and memorable sign is the same. Our experienced installation team are able to install jump form banners all over Australia and have experience working in busy building sites. Once the framework structure itself is built our installers come in and layout the frame to which we will attach an enormous sign.

Building wraps or building skins are a key feature of the European and American building landscape but is a relatively new form of advertising in Australia. Buildings are essentially a massive canvas just waiting for an expression of art to be painted upon it, and what more of an impressive way to get your commercial message across than to advertise on the walls or scaffold of a large building.
The term skins or wraps loosely applied means to wrap or skin the building in a sign, however in application it can take many forms. Our previous clients needs have differed greatly, some have wrapped the entire facade with a rendition of the building underneath. For some we have created nature scenes, or cityscapes and others have just simply used it as an advertising platform for their brand.
Whatever the appearance of the facade, the beauty of building wraps is they leave a truly memorable and magnificent impression on people. At Mesh Direct our experience coupled with our in-house skills to make your concept come to life in the grandest of grand formats. Let us know your dreams and visions for the project and we will work together with our creative team, or yours, to assist you in making your building wrap a masterpiece. We are equipped to handle the project from start to finish whether it be from the design process to installation and lighting.
Other forms of advertising can be hideously expensive, are far less permanent and are far less memorable. In comparison, building wraps are relatively inexpensive and incredibly impressive. Wraps aren’t limited to the number of materials it can be made from including vinyl banners or banner mesh depending on the clarity of the print required, the amount of wind load it will experience and the type of structure it will be fixed to.
Scaffold banners are another great way to wrap a building. This consists of using smaller banners to advertise on large building scaffolds. Large scaffolding sites are really large blank canvases full of advertising opportunities that are more than often gone to waste. The types of buildings we can wrap vary from small cottages, to blocks of units, city high rise and even sporting stadiums. The idea of quality isn’t lost on us at Mesh Direct and as a result we choose the highest quality inks and substrates to ensure longevity and a high quality finish.
Mesh Direct are able to offer a large range of application options to our clients from direct to façade, applied to scaffold or hoarding, temporary frame or permanent system. We can even wrap enormous windows or apply cut out vinyls.

Wind mesh is an incredibly versatile product which is specially made to withstand large wind loads and the harsh Australian climate. It is able to be applied in many different scenarios ranging from scaffolding to temporary fences, between fence poles which allows for many great advertising opportunities and allows for visually appealing worksites.
Wind mesh provides a much more permeable result than other printing solutions, it’s a much more open weave and perforated material to allow for more wind to flow through the mesh which in turn puts less load on the structure to which it is attached. Because it is a more perforated product, the print quality isn’t as high as our premium product but still provides a fantastic finish. The coated substrate allows the ink to be very well absorbed and all of our fencing mesh banners use a fully UV stabilised printing process through large 5 metre printers. This enables long lasting, highly detailed finished products.
Printed banner mesh is far more suited to construction sites that are going to experience heavy wind loads. Using mesh banners on temporary fencing allows for a very cost effective outdoor advertising option. Fence mesh and overall fencing signs are perfect for creating strong brand recognition.
This process allows our products to be durable and highly detailed. The size of the project isn’t of any concern to our team as we have provided our clients with hundreds of kilometres worth of branded fence mesh in the past.
Mesh Direct has a great logistics network and therefore can produce large orders of banner mesh and can usually guarantee the delivery of your banners within 10 days from the date of payment confirmation and/or artwork approval.
