Here at Mesh Direct we also pride ourselves on being flexible to suit our clients needs and as a result our banner mesh, printed shade cloth, corflute, alupanel or PVC vinyl banners can be made to any size depending on your needs. We offer standard sizing for mesh banners and shade cloth banners that relate to the standard sized temporary fences. In order to provide truly grand quality and grand sized banners we weld our printed banner mesh or vinyl substrates together. We sell banners ranging from 1m² to 200m². You are only limited in size to what you want to attach to your banner.
Our products are specifically designed to be able to withstand the environment and as a result all are fully UV stabilised and are made to be exceptionally durable and long lasting. Our flame retardant banner mesh is an incredibly durable option for construction sites to withstand the harshest of climates. If looked after properly, the banners will not rip or tear, fade or break. Anti-graffiti finishes are also available on some products to protect against vandalism. With each banner and mesh product you can customise the size, shape, colour, design, finish and attachment method to suit your needs.
At Mesh Direct all of our printed banners or PVC banners can be dual sided and are ideal for both indoor and outdoor conditions and they are weather resistant. They are made with reinforced eyelets as standard although keder rope track is also available.
Our range of products are all very versatile and as a result we have made banners and signs for just about any type of occasion or reason, from simply advertising a product or service to sporting events, school fetes, markets, events, community festivals, music festivals, and church messages.
The building industry is one of our biggest clients and as a result our most popular banners are made from banner mesh and are often referred to as builders mesh banners, scaffold banners. These can be custom printed and flame retardant, and we use a permeable mesh material to allow for easy wind passage.
VINYL BANNERS are printed on 440gsm banner and finished with either eyelets (standard) or keder sailtrack. We use UV stabilised inks and our PVC banners are guaranteed for 2 years against fading or tearing (under normal use circumstances).
MESH BANNERS can be printed on different grade banner mesh depending on our client’s budget and potential wind loads on temporary fencing. Either way our banner mesh signs are printed with UV stabilised substrate and inks to ensure longevity. Mesh banners are ideal for temporary perimeter fences around building sites or events because of the lighter wind loads created by using a porous material. For construction sites, we recommend asking about our flame retardant banner mesh.
CORFLUTE banners and signs can be customised to any size and for just about any application. Unlike other wholesale printers and suppliers, we print directly onto the corflute banners and signs substrate and don’t use stickers. This results in a very impressive print result, and obviously one which is far more durable and vandal proof.
ALUMINIUM PANEL signs are ideal when a more durable substrate is required. We are one of the few suppliers who print directly onto the aluminium panels resulting in a metallic print result. We are also able to first print a white layer to reproduce photo quality print results.

If you want the highest quality advertising solution for your business there is only one all round solution – alupanel signage. Alupanel signage is the industry standard in today’s signage options. It is a hard-core substrate that is most popularly used for more permanent installations such as frontages, building signage and advertising.
Alupanel signage truly does have an outstanding print reproduction and quality. It is perfect for long term solutions as it holds resistance properties that make it perfect for outdoors. It is rustproof, waterproof and chemically resistant. It is also a relatively lightweight signage option, allowing for easy installation. However, alupanels will not suit all wind applications.
Durability is a key feature of alupanels as they are exceptionally durable and with proper care the print can last 2-3 years before it starts to fade. If the sign is laminated, then it could last a further 12 months before beginning to fade. Cleaning and maintenance of alupanel signage is not an issue and can be easily done over the course of your project.
Aluminium alupanel outdoor signage is ideal for business signage, retail signage, site office signage, safety signs and business boards. Mesh Direct recommend Alupanels for temporary fence signage, ute tray backs, real estate signs, shop signs, residential unit signs & trade signs.
Standard banner mesh is our mid range fencing product. Offering not as great print quality and not quite matching the elegance of our premium banner mesh, the standard banner mesh option still provides excellent structure and print quality. The standard mesh product is available in various lengths and measures at 1.6 metres high, similar to our premium mesh option it is easily malleable and can be cut to size on your site.
There are a few distinguishing characteristics between our standard banner mesh product and our premium banner mesh product. Firstly, with the standard banner mesh option there are 9 threads per inch as compared with our premium mesh option which provides 12 threads per inch. This provides both disadvantages and advantages; the main advantage is there is less wind drag and therefore is perfectly suitable for high wind areas. The main disadvantage is that fewer threads is that the print reproduction and quality is not as perfect as the premium banner mesh option. Also the edges of our standard banner mesh is finished off with welded banner tape as opposed to the Supertuff seatbelt style webbing which is a feature of our premium banner mesh product.
Standard banner mesh is incredibly easy to install using cable ties, with metal eyelets spaced every 500mm at the top and every 1000mm at the bottom of the banner.
Using mesh banner on temporary fencing is a great solution if you are looking for a great priced outdoor advertising tool. All of our fencing mesh banners use a fully UV stabilised printing process through large 5 metre printers. This enables long lasting, highly detailed finished products. No job is too large for us having provided many hundreds of kilometres worth of branded fencing mesh to our clients in the past.
